You will be working as Sr Sales Engineer - LV Switchgear PB Sales and will be part of Electrification business for Smart Power division based in Pune, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager – Product and will be responsible for sales including business development of low voltage switchgear products. Building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identifying and developing sales opportunities. Your responsibilities Preparing sales plans using company tools. Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfallsMaking timely offers and focusing of conversion to orders thru lead management and opportunity funnel management in SFDCGenerating the agreed sales Volume along with profitable sales thru effective sales processEstablishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product offering, and align to provide a solutionEnsuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers required to generate the desire sales volumesIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know- how sharing and cross-collaborationsYour backgroundHaving Degree/Diploma in Electrical EngineeringAt least 7-8 years sales experience with minimum 5-6 years low voltage switchgear sales experience Sales Experience of Goa State is preferredA Collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication in EnglishMore about usABB Smart Power is a global technology leader, with products and solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected.
